Hey guys! We’re excited to announce our latest beer release! Hoppy Fields Belgian IPA! We made an IPA using a traditional Belgian yeast that creates a dry and clean finish, allowing the hops to really stand
out. We added a healthy dose of Magnum, Bravo, Styrian, Hallertau, and Nelson Sauvignon during the boil, and followed by dry hopping with Mosaic and Falconers Flight, giving a pleasant aroma of peach, citrus and pine that pairs well with the spicy notes from the Belgian yeast. Coming in at 7.1%abv, it is strong, but very flavorful and easy to drink. Keep an eye out in the next couple weeks for a one-night double dry hopped firkin cask version. Hope to see you guys soon!
